Reservations:

•	All room rates posted on this web site must be booked through www.thearborinn.com by clicking the "Online Reservations" link and continuing on or by calling the Inn directly.
•	You will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hrs of placing your reservation.
•	All reservations are secured by a valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
•	Cards are processed for full payment seven days prior to arrival.
•	Reservations made within the seven day period are processed immediately.
•	For stays during holidays, credit cards are processed 21 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:

•	Any cancellation or change made to a reservation received with more than a seven day notice will incur a $30 processing fee.
•	Reservations cancelled with less than a seven days notice will be charged in full.
•	Any reservations falling on or over a holiday need to be cancelled 3 weeks prior to booking or will be subject to full charge of reserved rate.
